Are you looking for tools to help you and your family stay mindful? Do you need a way to deal with stress and overwhelm? Whether at home, at work, or when out and about, this small finger labyrinth is just the answer!

Finger labyrinths are traditionally used for mindfulness and meditation: by moving a finger slowly along the path, the "walker" can calm and center oneself. The principle is very simple, making it easy even for young children to use. Tracing a finger labyrinth is a right-brain activity enhancer and helps to calm down and enhances problem solving. It is not only useful but also beautiful.

Our labyrinth is handmade of maple wood and and is meticulously finished with beeswax and jojoba oil, its groves are smooth and a pleasure to trace. Curved edges of the labyrinth make it comfortable to hold. The small size of this labyrinth makes it perfect for carrying with you, keeping on a desk or a peace table, and if space is limited, storing it. And it comes with a storage bag, so it is easy to put away or take with you!

Features of this labyrinth:

  • Made from maple wood, finished with beeswax and jojoba oil, cotton storage bag is included
  • Measures 4 ¾ inches by 3 ¾ inches and is approximately ⅞ inches thick
  • Good portable size for children and adults

Why labyrinths?

A labyrinth is a great tool to have at home or on an office desk, as walking the labyrinth is a right-brain activity enhancer and helps calm oneself and enhances problem-solving. A carved finger path makes it unnecessary to look, allowing one to focus on the walk. As opposed to a traditional maze, there are no wrong turns. Our labyrinths have a well-defined center, making it natural for a thumb to rest at the end of the walk. Experiment with using the non-dominant hand to find the way!
